   Ebony Magee, MBA, is a dedicated Christian entrepreneur, wife and mother with a passion for helping individuals and organizations grow with purpose and confidence. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge in leadership, operations management, team development, and strategic planning.

Ebony is a graduate of John F. Kennedy Senior High School and holds both Associate and Bachelor degrees in Liberal Arts from Tulane University. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Strayer University and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Phoenix, with a focus on organizational growth and leadership excellence.

As the founder of E.B.O.N.Y Consulting Services (Every Business Opportunity Needs You), Ebony partners with entrepreneurs, small business owners, and nonprofit leaders to strengthen their organizational foundations, enhance productivity, and build sustainable growth strategies. She is known for her hands-on approach, practical insight, and ability to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.

In addition to her consulting work, Ebony is the founder of G.A.L.S (Growing and Loving Servants) Positive Sisterhood, a faith-based community that empowers women through support, spiritual growth, and leadership development.
