With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Ebony brings a strong foundation in leadership, operations management, team development, and strategic planning. She has a proven ability to guide organizations through change while building systems that support long-term sustainability and impact.

Ebony is a graduate of John F. Kennedy Senior High School and holds both Associate and Bachelor’s degrees in Liberal Arts from Tulane University. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Strayer University and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Phoenix, where her focus is on organizational growth and leadership excellence.

As the founder of E.B.O.N.Y Consulting Services (Every Business Opportunity Needs You), Ebony partners with entrepreneurs, small business owners, and nonprofit leaders to strengthen their foundations, increase productivity, and develop strategies that drive real results. She is known for her relatable approach, practical insight, and her ability to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.

She is also the founder of G.A.L.S. (Growing and Loving Servants) Positive Sisterhood, a faith-based community dedicated to empowering women through connection, spiritual growth, and leadership development.
