Ebony Magee-Chambliss, MBA is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. She is a graduate of John F. Kennedy Senior High School. She is also an alumna of Tulane University, where she received both her Associate and Bachelor degrees in Liberal Arts. Ebony also graduated with her Master of Business Administration from Strayer University. 

Ebony built her businesses along with others from the ground up. She knows that you don't have to be an expert in everything to start or re-energize your company. She fully understands that you need the right team, in the right place and at the right time.  Ebony has over (25) years of experience in the healthcare industry as an Area Practice Manager. Those duties include managing clinical, professional, administrative, and clerical staff; managing the recruitment, development, and appraisal of staff; overseeing day-to-day management; developing and implementing policies and directives; setting and monitoring budgets; attending meetings; handling communications; and making purchasing decisions. Ebony truly enjoys making her customers not only satisfied but happy! She believes a successful business has great people at the heart of it. Ebony will make sure you have the best when it comes to employee structuring, employee benefit plan compliance and managing staff and growth. Ebony is the President and Founder of both E.B.O.N.Y (Every Business Opportunity Needs You) Consulting Services and G.A.L.S (Growing and Loving Servants) Positive Sisterhood. Currently, she also serves as the President of The Greater New Orleans Business and Professional Women's Club, INC. In December 2019, Ebony Magee-Chambliss was chosen as the employee of the year.  She is the voice of the people but with the organization in mind!
